You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make sure your issue is handled quickly and smoothly.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

  • Products should be free from damage, stains, or signs of use.

  • To request a return/exchange, you must email clear photos of the product showing its unused condition and any issues, along with your order details.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" marked items

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

💰 Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit—your choice.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • If your item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll arrange free return shipping and a full replacement/refund.

  • Additional costs for upgrades must be paid.

💸 Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns, except for defective/damaged products.

  • This fee covers inspection and logistics on non-defective returns.
